California Farm Bureau Federation (CFBF) has created a digital guide for growers to track their surface water measurement and reporting requirements under Senate Bill 88. SB 88 (2015) required the State Water Resources Control Board to adopt new Water Diversion Measurement and Reporting regulations for surface water diversions. Water users have been required to report diversions since 1966, but these regulatory changes added requirements and increased penalties.

The digital compliance guide resource is free for Farm Bureau members – if interested in obtaining a copy please contact our Napa County Farm Bureau office.
