2021 Napa County Crop Report Released

Napa County has today released the 2021 Crop Report, which you can access below. The gross value of all agricultural production in Napa County in 2021 was $745,778,100, up 60% from last year. The total value of the 2021 wine grape crop was $741,732,000 compared to $461,395,300 in 2020.

Gross production value for livestock in 2021 was $1,790,000, up 3% from 20202; vegetable crops grossed $191,600, down 4% from 2020 and field crops grossed $292,800, down 23% from 2020. Poultry and other animal products grossed $1,223,700, up 7% from 2020. Fruit and nut crops grossed $742,067,400, up 61% from 2020.

Each year, the Napa County Farm Bureau, in conjunction with the Ag Commissioner's office, hosts a student art contest and the first place winner's entry is used as the front cover of the Napa County Crop Report. We are proud to announce this year's first, second and third place winners. Michael Wolf of Wolf Vineyard Services generously donated the students' prize money.
