If your farm, ranch, or rural property in Napa County was burned, Napa Resource Conservation District (RCD) can come out and offer technical advice on damage to croplands, grazing lands, and forest lands, and help you think through options for any recovery actions that might be needed. Napa RCD can also link you to USDA relief programs to help replace crops, livestock, forage, or farm infrastructure that was lost to fire such as fences, irrigation systems, and livestock water systems.

This assistance to agricultural operations and rural landowners in Napa County is being offered free of charge by the Napa County Resource Conservation District (Napa RCD), USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), and USDA Farm Service Agency (FSA).

To request assistance, please complete this online questionnaire or contact Bill Birmingham (Bill@NapaRCD.org, 707-690-3116). Additional Resources are available here: https://naparcd.org/wildfire/

If you need assistance figuring out what to do with burned structures like homes and barns, as well as debris and ash removal, visit the Napa County Wildfire Recovery website or call Napa County’s hotline (707-299-1350).
